Sourcing & Supply Information

• Units within a single order are supplied from matched production batches wherever possible — important for integrators deploying multi-drive NVR arrays that require consistent firmware revisions.
• All shipments carry full manufacturer warranty coverage; our RMA desk handles warranty claims on behalf of wholesale buyers, minimizing turnaround downtime for resellers.
• Products are CE, FCC and RoHS compliant with export documentation available for international shipments, supporting clearance in most destination markets.
• Before quoting end-customer configurations, verify NVR/DVR firmware compatibility and enclosure airflow against the drive’s thermal and workload ratings.

Positioning for Your Portfolio

• Sits alongside IronWolf (NAS) and Exos (enterprise) in the WD family, allowing distributors to cover surveillance, storage and datacenter segments from one sourcing channel.
• Support for 64 cameras and 32 AI streams makes this SKU the recommended option for mid-to-large AI-enabled recording projects rather than entry-level builds.
• The IntelliPower 5400 RPM-class design prioritizes sequential streaming over random I/O — recommend buyers size orders against their clients’ retention and recording workloads (180 TB/year rated).
